Surface treatment of zinc steel fence:

The reason why zinc steel fences are more durable than ordinary iron fences is mainly due to their unique “base layer + top layer” dual protection process:

  1. High-quality Q235 or Q195 low-carbon steel tubes are selected (i.e., steel tubes that have been galvanized).
  2. Through pickling, phosphating, and other processes, oil stains and oxides on the steel surface are removed to improve adhesion.
  3. The steel is immersed in molten zinc to form a dense zinc alloy layer, which is the fundamental guarantee of its rust resistance.
  4. On the surface of the galvanized layer, polyester colored powder (or fluorocarbon paint) is sprayed using electrostatic adsorption technology, and then cured at high temperature to form a hard coating. This not only blocks air and moisture but also provides a rich variety of color options.
