Process: Electrostatic spraying of epoxy resin powder followed by high-temperature curing.   Thickness: ≥0.1mm   Features: Uniform coating, bright appearance, high hardness; adhesion meets Grade 0 of GB/T 9286-98 standard.   Application: Suitable for venues with high aesthetic requirements.

Process: Heated galvanized mesh is dipped into PVC liquid, and the plastic layer adheres to the surface.   Thickness: 0.5mm – 0.8mm   Features: Thick plastic layer, soft to the touch, good impact resistance; disadvantage is that once the plastic layer is damaged, the internal steel is prone to rusting.   Application: Suitable for venues

Process: Steel is immersed in molten zinc at high temperature to form a zinc-iron alloy layer.   Standard: Zinc coating weight ≥80g/m² (approx. 11μm thick); high-quality products can achieve ≥275g/m².   Features: Extremely strong adhesion, providing basic rust protection.   Salt Spray Resistance Time: High-quality galvanizing can achieve 2,000–3,000 hours.   Application: Underlayer corrosion protection

Safety Protection: Prevents balls from flying out and injuring people, while also keeping unauthorized individuals from entering the court.   Transparency: The mesh structure does not obstruct spectators’ views and maintains an open feel of the venue.   High Durability: After anti-corrosion treatment, it can withstand sun exposure, rain, and temperature changes.   Easy Maintenance:

Height: Depending on the sport, typically between 2 meters and 6 meters (e.g., 3–4 meters is common for basketball courts, while 6 meters or more may be used for soccer fields).   Mesh Opening Size: Commonly 45mm × 45mm, 50mm × 50mm, or 60mm × 60mm; smaller openings prevent balls or fingers from passing through.
