High-frequency welding:The steel strip is gradually deformed through a series of rollers and welded using the skin effect generated by high-frequency current to form square or round tubes of various specifications.
Initial galvanizing:The welded steel tubes are immediately hot-dip galvanized. They are immersed in a zinc bath at approximately 460°C, forming a dense zinc-iron alloy layer and a pure zinc layer. This serves as the first and most important line of defense against corrosion for the fence.
Precision processing: Based on the design drawings, the galvanized tubes are precisely cut, punched (to reserve positions for subsequent assembly), and straightened to ensure dimensional accuracy of all components.
