Plastic Coating (Dip Coating)

 

Process: Heated galvanized mesh is dipped into PVC liquid, and the plastic layer adheres to the surface.

 

Thickness: 0.5mm – 0.8mm

 

Features: Thick plastic layer, soft to the touch, good impact resistance; disadvantage is that once the plastic layer is damaged, the internal steel is prone to rusting.

 

Application: Suitable for venues with higher cushioning requirements, such as schools and communities.
