Process: Mechanical extrusion wraps the plastic layer over the steel wire surface, providing more uniform coverage than dip coating.

 

Thickness: 0.5mm – 0.8mm

 

Features: Uniform coating with no uncovered areas; currently the most advanced surface treatment process.
